Finally Lessees are advised - "I would like to clarify unfounded accusations from flat 7 about the expenses of the intercom. My tenant informed me that the Intercom was not working. I therefore contacted our manager Dean Jackson and asked him to contact “The Entryphone Company Ltd” with whom we had a contract in order to come and inspect the system. In no circumstances this was labelled as an Emergency call. I challenge Paul to produce evidences of his accusations."
